Course syllabus

Through a mix of online learning videos, self-reflection and practice, we will discover how the Enneagram can be used as a professional development tool for Middle Managers beyond personality typing.

Each module comprises the following:

  • Learn about the different ways we seek out and take in data that affect the way we may work and communicate with our teams, peers and bosses.

  • Learn about the different ways we choose to act on the different data points we pick up from our environment and how that informs the way we relate to others.

  • Get an introduction to the 9 Enneagram Types and each of their instinctual habits.

  • Learn about our 9 different needs that guide our actions, behaviours and internal scripts, and how we can professionally share that with others on the team.

    Our belief is that we are not limited by those patterns of behaviours. We see the Enneagram as an expansive tool for personal and professional development. The 9 Enneagram Types are 9 different ways of leading that all of us have access to.

    We do not claim to be Enneagram coaches or experts. We are everyday practitioners that actively and intentionally use the Enneagram as a tool for understanding ourselves and those around us. And we want to share that with you!
