What is the culture you long to see?
How can we work on changing things together?

We help you work on “what’s not working” for yourself, your people and your organisations so that we can all do better together.

We do this by:

  • designing a cultural change strategy that best fits your situation

  • training you in strategic thinking + people skills needed to create that change

  • facilitating complex team and organisation-wide conversations

  • coaching your key people who will be managing and leading the change.

The problem we see:

We all want things to do well in our personal and professional relationships, organisations and communities.

But many of our beliefs and behaviours can get in the way. Self-doubt. Powerlessness. Distrust in others. Unhealthy patterns of relating and communicating.

All this can create cultures that are less psychologically safe, less productive - which ultimately affects our wholeness and well-being.

OUR THEORY OF CHANGE

We help you develop your self-awareness, your thinking + people skills & your cultural change strategy SO THAT we can all:

Function more from a place of personal wholeness.

1

Engage better with differences arising from diverse people, perspectives and agendas

2

Engage in our personal, professional and civic lives more wholeheartedly.

3

Work with others to support the well-being of diverse groups, organisations and communities.

4

DEFINITIONS CURRENTLY GROUNDING OUR WORK

A community is "a group of people who share mutual concern for one another's welfare."
(Charles Vogl)

Wholehearted living “is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness.

We speak to the ground to develop public resources for people who want to support themselves, their groups and their organisations to do things better together.

  • We COLLABORATE.

Through our civic centre, we work with our Common Ground resident + community partners to collaborate on projects that help address societal issues.
