  • Yes. You may arrange catering directly. We also work with preferred catering partners, and Common Ground referrals are eligible for a 10% catering discount with selected providers.

  • Yes. Preferred catering partners include several Halal-certified caterers, alongside a non-halal option.

  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the training rooms and auditorium. Cleaning services are required for events with food and beverage arrangements.

Catering

  • The minimum venue rental duration is 4 hours.

  • Venue rental is available:

    • 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    • Monday to Sunday.

    We are closed on Public Holidays.

  • Yes, subject to venue availability.

    For an 8-hour booking, organisers may be allowed:

    • 1 hour before for setup

    • 1 hour after for teardown

Hours & Access

  • No. Common Ground Civic Centre is a smoke-free venue. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.

  • Yes. Although tape and Blu Tack are not permitted on painted or soundproof walls, as they may cause damage.
