What This Is

You-led — You prepare what you want to work on. The coach works with what you bring.
No defined arc, no fixed curriculum.

Each session can look different — following whatever situation, decision, or dynamic is most alive for you at that moment.

This is coaching that gives you the freedom to meander, process, and think out loud — without the shape of a structured programme directing where you go.

If your challenge fits a more defined arc — a significant stuck point or a defining leadership moment — our structured programmes may be a better fit. Explore The Practitioner's Journey or The Leader's Journey instead.

Who Is Guiding You

Shiao-Yin Kuik

Shiao-Yin has spent two decades navigating change and complexity through a solid ground of purpose and conviction.

She has built organisations, led decision-making under crisis, navigated consequential debates under public scrutiny - and rebuilt teams from ruptures that could have ended everything. She brings to her coaching clients not questions from a safe distance but the empathy and credibility of a peer practitioner who has applied these frameworks in the trenches of her own defining moments as a leader.

Her goal is not to polish you into a higher performing version of who think you ought to be. She is more interested in guiding you towards a more integrated, whole version of who you are.

She draws on her experience as a team & organisational leader, her work as a culture change strategist and practices she has refined across twenty years of working with leaders in the public, private, people sector — as well as individuals seeking spiritual direction.
